So... Spot On Designs is another great find from the NYIGF. Every time I see her work I just love the beautiful color and detail she pulls from the glass she works with. Penelope Rakov is the glass artist behind Spot On and is based out of Philadelphia. She designs and pulls her own version of venetian style murini, which she then incorporates into jewelry.
